About you
You are an energetic, goal-oriented, self-starter candidate with excellent administrative knowledge and a desire to excel and your values resonate with ours. You are KPI driven and have set goals - always one step ahead of the game. You are a great communicator and love to build positive relationships with student agents, internal and external stakeholders.
The purpose of this role is to focus on building relationships with students, trainers and management. This role will ensure the understanding of the organisation and client needs. This role will also ensure to bridge the gaps between those stakeholders and provide sustainable growth by providing timely support and assist with all administrative needs.
It is a full-time administrative role, but part-time will be considered for the right candidate
The Role:
RTO Administration Officer
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Assist trainers to monitor student course progress and create specific letters
Contact and discuss course progress with students
Ensure correct actions taken for poor course progression
Ensure LMS system is updated
Ensure students are meeting course progress requirements for issuance of SoA and Certificates.
Organise work placements with the trainer for students
Become an integral part of Academic Support team and provide guidance to students and trainer
Create timetables and monitor student course commencements and course conclusions
Work with trainers to resolve any issues that require assistance with.
The successful applicant should possess the following:
Great presentation, written and communication skills
Relevant 3-5 years experience in administration (preferably VET sector)
experience with Learning Management System and student management software
Experience with, and knowledge of the vocational training sector in Australia
Proven stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of RTO/CRICOS compliance
