The Opportunity

With a robust plan in place to achieve the next generation of sales growth, we are seeking a highly organized and productive Account Manager to join the Radiant Team to manage our Queensland Region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client relationships throughout Queensland up to Yeppoon and down to Ballina in NSW

Conduct structured, scheduled store visits to train staff on current and new product ranges

Deliver comprehensive sales training on our product portfolio

Proactively source and develop new business through specification opportunities

Identify and pursue new market opportunities while growing existing revenue streams

Attend industry-related shows and events

Regular travel to rural customers following an established call schedule

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Proven track record in account management or sales

Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Professional presentation and customer service focus

Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly

Experience in the bathroom, plumbing, or related wholesale industry

Demonstrated success in territory management

Strong relationship-building capabilities

Results-driven approach to sales

Experience with product training and presentations
