About the Role

You’ll manage a defined territory and take full ownership of a diverse customer base, helping them source the right packaging for their needs. This is a proactive role for someone who enjoys being out on the road (60%+) and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively pursue new market opportunities across Victoria

Manage and grow existing customer accounts

Be a trusted advisor to clients—understanding their business and solving packaging challenges

Work independently while being part of a supportive national team

Build a robust pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle

Collaborate with supply chain, artwork, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience in account management or business development

A strong sense of ownership, hunger to succeed, and resilience

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

High level of organisation and time management

Background in agribusiness, packaging, or industrial sales is an advantage

Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP)
