Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with pallet tracking (Loscam & Chep)
- Assisting with freight invoice entry
- Assist sales team with general tasks and data entry.
- Management of the creation and production of both online and offline marketing content
- Develop, design roll out digital marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
- Regularly update our website with new products and product descriptions.
- Assist the warehouse with processing / invoicing of completed orders.
- Where necessary assisting warehouse with general tasks
- Assist with Quarantine paperwork for WA/TAS requirements

About you:
- Proficient in creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms.
- Copywriting and editing skills for web, email, and marketing materials.
- Experience in a customer service position or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, independence, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
