About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at SJ Transport Service Pty Ltd in Dandenong 3175, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing car hire business.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and efficient manner.

Processing customer orders and managing order information in our internal systems.

Coordinating with our operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.

Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and other office duties as required.

Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the transport (Hire car) industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.

A collaborative and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Availability required for five days per week, with mandatory inclusion of Saturday or Sunday.
