Key Responsibilities:

Collate and process POD’s and undertake monthly invoicing and reporting functions.

Work with management to maintain compliance with NHVR & Main Roads requirements; Mass, Maintenance and Fatigue Accreditation ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Arrange and coordinate NHVR, Main Roads and customer audits, when required.

Analyze work diary records using log-checker software, generate reports with corrective actions.

Maintain customer portals with accurate company, driver, insurance and policy data, as required

Assist management in developing, updating and executing company policies and procedures, if required.

WHS system maintenance.

Troubleshooting software minor issues

The right candidate should have:

Knowledge of transport regulations, fatigue management, and CoR requirements, with 1+ year of experience in the transport compliance industry working in a similar role, preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong computer skills working in web-based programs, MS office products and online portals

Excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.

The ability to work independently

Strong customer focus

WHS system knowledge/experience advantageous
