About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office and Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring our organisation remains compliant with NDIS Practice Standards while also managing reception, administrative systems, and supporting the leadership team.
You will work closely with the Office Manager, Operations Manager, Director, and other key staff including rostering, finance, and activities administration. The role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate participant, staff, and support worker files in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
Conduct regular compliance audits and monitor mandatory checks, training, and documentation.
Manage reception duties including calls, enquiries, and visitor coordination.
Provide administrative support to the Director, Operations Manager, and Office Manager.
Assist with reporting, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with rostering, finance, and activities teams to ensure efficient office operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of records management and compliance requirements (NDIS sector experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
A professional and proactive approach, with attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current Driver’s Licence.
