Our restoration company has been specialising in Insurance Repairs for over 20 years. We have a dedicated team of skilled professionals and are offering an opportunity for a Junior Administration Assistant to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is perfect for a recent school leaver who is looking to kick-start their career in administration. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while working with a professional and friendly team.
Centrally located in Beenleigh, our head office services Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich areas. Safety, Customer Service, Technology, and Quality are at the core of what we do – and you’ll be part of a company where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for:
• A positive and friendly “can do” attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills quickly
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Great time management and organisation
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office (training provided)
• A professional and helpful phone manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
(Previous work experience is not required, but any previous customer service/administration experience will be a bonus.)
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Data entry and maintaining records
• Assisting with scheduling bookings and appointments
• Helping to manage incoming jobs and emails
• Supporting our assessors, contractors, and suppliers with general admin needs
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing general administration support across the team

Additional Information:
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Location: Head Office in Beenleigh (full-time, onsite role)
