The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, engaging people-person to join our team as a Client Engagement & Lead Generation Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with others, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into meaningful appointments.

You’ll spend your time out in the field, visiting key partner locations to build rapport, engage with people, and identify those interested in exploring home loan solutions. Back in the office, you’ll collate information, complete any initial paperwork, and secure appointments for our lending specialists.

What You’ll Do

Visit and engage with people at partner locations across Melbourne.

Build relationships and identify potential clients interested in home loans, refinancing, or property investment.

Generate quality leads and secure first appointments with our lending consultants.

Support clients by gathering paperwork needed for their first appointment.

Work closely with the Dreamstreet Lending team to ensure a smooth client experience.

What We’re Looking For

A bubbly, approachable, and professional personality — someone who people feel comfortable with right away.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.

A background in finance, mortgages, or property is highly regarded (but not essential).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when collating paperwork.

Confidence to work independently while representing the Dreamstreet brand with professionalism.
