Position Overview
Due to recent team growth, we are seeking a dynamic Electronic Security System Sales Consultant with a technical sales background to join the team. This full time role offers the opportunity to engage with clients across various sectors, promoting Global Zone's integrated security systems, 24/7 monitoring services, and physical security barriers (Global Bollards). The ideal candidate will help drive sales growth, meeting quarterly quotas and contributing to the achievement of annual sales targes.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Consultant, your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Engagement: Meet with potential clients to qualify business opportunities and gain commitment to our security solutions.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate sales leads, establishing new business opportunities
Sales Process: Lead the qualification process, secure meetings, define quotes and proposals and close deals with clients.
Demonstrations: Present integrated security system demos to showcase Global Zone's value proposition and capabilities.
Documentation & Forecasting: Develop and manage accurate business documentation, including short- and long-term sales forecasts aligned with Global Zone's core business objectives
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions of new business opportunities to operations.
The Successful Candidate Will Have have:
Clearances: Police check clearance and a Private Individual Security Registration Advisor (Preferred)
A current Vic Driver's License and the ability to travel as needed
Experiences: Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in client relationship management, and achieving targes within a technical or security solutions environment.
Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of IP-based security alarm systems, CCTV and access control technology
Self Motivation: The ability to work independently and deliver on the organization's core values
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
