This is a strategic growth hire. We’re seeking a Client Strategy & Sales Executive who can lead the front end of our pipeline: converting paid leads, nurturing long-cycle buyers, and developing high-trust referral networks that drive consistent, qualified work.

You’ll sell a premium process, not pressure. And you’ll be backed by systems, team, and a product that delivers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Qualify and convert inbound and paid leads into signed clients

Lead clients from initial enquiry through design sign-up and build contract

Present our structured, high-trust design-to-build process

Collaborate with our internal designer, estimator, and supervisors

Proactively build and nurture referral relationships with buyer’s advocates, architects, and aligned professionals

Attend industry events, pitch Envy Abode to your network, and generate your own referral flow. You won’t sit and wait for leads. You’ll build referral machines that feed you

Manage CRM inputs, sales pipeline tracking, and conversion forecasting

Compensation Overview

Base TRP: $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation), ramped over 6 months

Performance-based bonuses linked to sales volume, conversion and client outcomes

Optional company vehicle added post-probation based on results

Uncapped earnings structure applies after ramp-up phase

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 – $220,000+

This is a performance-based role. Top closers in this category consistently achieve six-figure upside — backed by the size of the contracts and the strength of the brand.

This Role Is For You If You:

Have 3+ years of experience selling in residential construction, architecture, or high-end design

Are confident closing premium clients with long decision cycles

Thrive in performance-driven roles where trust and integrity, not pressure, closes the deal

Can sell professionally, manage pipelines, and build external partnerships

Want direct leadership access and to help shape a company scaling with purpose
