As Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind securing high-quality corporate bookings. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships with agencies and brands, and help shape how this venue grows its commercial presence in the B2B market.

What do you do?
- Own the full sales process from enquiry to contract and event handover
- Build strong relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and B2B decision-makers
- Drive outbound lead generation and convert inbound enquiries
- Conduct site inspections and present the venue with clarity and professionalism
- Write tailored proposals and manage contracts and invoicing accurately
- Track pipeline performance and sales KPIs using CRM (ideally Monday.com)
- Collaborate closely with event and operations teams for smooth delivery
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and key activations
- Provide input on brand positioning and the corporate client journey
What do you need?
- 3 to 5+ years in venue or event sales, ideally with corporate or B2B clients
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow new business
- Confident presenter and communicator with strong written skills
- Experience using CRM tools to track and convert leads (Monday.com a plus)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to sales and teamwork
