Tweed Sutherland First National is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Engagement Representative to join our thriving real estate team. This role is crucial in driving new business and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, print media & open homes.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between potential clients and our experienced agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Client Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and preferences to determine their suitability for our services.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and customer service.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and appointments.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

A positive and enthusiastic attitude

A passion for real estate and customer service

Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (or willing to obtain)
