We are Australia’s premium pharmaceutical hose supplier and equipment supplier, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Pharmequip supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical grade equipment which assists in the production of vaccines and many of other products in the Bio pharma industry. We also cater for the food and beverage and many other industries. We also offer a seamless customer service process to our clients including after sale support and service to the Biotech manufacturing market. The Role This is a rare and exciting opportunity due to the expansion of the sales department. An opportunity to join a growing organisation and develop further your technical sales skills with leading pharmaceutical clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is keen to learn. In order to excel in this position, previous sales experience and a technical background. Your communication skills will be vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and current customers, as well as negotiating prices and finalising sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring, Equipment, hose assemblies, pumps, and heat exchangers to meet various application needs. Key Responsibilities include
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be expected to:
Respond to incoming sales inquiries.
New equipment sales on the following types of equipment
Multi-effect WFI Water Purification Systems
Pretreatment & Reverse Osmosis systems
Pure Steam Generators
Autoclaves (Steam Steriliser)
Parts Washers for lab and pharmaceutical industry
Aseptic filling and packaging machines
Bioreactor for bioprocess production
Speedymix equipment, used for pharmaceutical and cosmetic batch production
Configure and size pumps and heat exchangers.
Configure hose assemblies and provide guidance on their applications.
Ensure customer retention and account growth.
Identify potential sales opportunities through research and networking.
Attend relevant trade shows.
Follow up on sales leads generated from various sources.
Manage a prospective sales pipeline and move opportunities through it
Have experience with CRM systems.
Foster strong customer relationships
Provide exceptional customer service, both written and verbal
Handle telephone sales and technical inquiries
Provide accurate and timely quotes for projects.
Ensure timely delivery of outstanding orders and tenders.
Follow up on outstanding quotations.
Coordinate workshop staff tasks to ensure efficient assembly manufacture.
New business development
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
1-3 years of sales experience with Equipment with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
Strong motivation, energy, and goal orientation
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management and organization abilities
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Current drivers’ license and own reliable transport
Training will be provided by PharmEquip Pty Ltd
Good computer skills
