About the role

Tailored Talent Solutions is collaborating with a highly regarded professional services firm and Employer of Choice to find an ambitious and highly organised operations support professional to join their collaborative HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative and human resource support to our fast-paced operations. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our internal processes and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials

Assisting with various human resource activities, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and professional development opportunities

Handling inquiries and correspondence from both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

Performing data entry, document management, and other general office duties to support the operations team

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and procedures

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organisation

What we're looking for

3 + years' experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a professional services or HR environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Flexible and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business

What we offer

While the ideal candidate will be available full time, we will also consider experienced candidates on 3.5 - 4 day per week basis.
