About the Role

As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Australian business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be involved in logistics, inbound shipping, raising and managing purchase orders, item creation, and internal coordination between departments and external partners. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate product orders, shipping schedules, and inbound inventory with our logistics partners

Manage purchase orders, including order creation, processing, meeting deadlines, monitor and reporting

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Assist in and/or managing product & purchase order databases and operational systems

Provide general administrative support to the operations and broader company teams

Help troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to process improvement

About You

Previous experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a coordination role

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities

A proactive, team-first attitude

Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills

Bonus: Experience with Oracle (or similar ERP system)
