Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for planning and coordination? Land’s Edge Foundation is seeking a Resource Administration Coordinator to support the delivery of transformative outdoor education programs through administrative oversight of food services, gear shop operations, and internal logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage food and catering plans, including menu creation, dietary adjustments, and supplier coordination.
Maintain accurate documentation for food logistics, packing lists, and program requirements.
Manage ordering and stock records for food and gear resources.
Coordinate casual staff and contribute to operational planning and system improvements.
Program Support
Liaise with the Program Delivery Team to ensure timely and accurate resource provision.
Supervise food packing and gear shop processes to meet program schedules.
Support internal events and staff catering with planning and procurement.
Gear Shop Administration
Administer stock levels and purchases for both program and non-program needs.
Coordinate with site staff to ensure gear is packed, delivered, and returned efficiently.
Maintain supplier relationships and manage internal purchase procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to NSW Food Authority standards and internal policies.
Conduct site and equipment inspections to maintain quality and safety.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in education, hospitality, or logistics.
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Desirable:
Knowledge of food safety standards and catering operations.
Experience in stock management or procurement.
Familiarity with outdoor education or not-for-profit environments.
