Key Responsibilities
Administration support: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including coordinate office supplies, equipment and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
Team collaboration: Facilitate effective team communication by scheduling meetings and events, preparing agendas, documenting outcomes and tracking follow-up actions.
Project coordination: Assist in planning, executing and monitoring internal and client facing projects. Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, with defined tasks, dependencies, and milestones. Support project meetings and contribute to progress tracking and reporting.
Technology enablement: Support the maintenance and management of project-related systems and tools including Microsoft Teams, Harvest, Xero and Sharepoint.
Calendar and task management: Coordinate calendars for key events, stakeholder meetings, workshops and courses across the team and projects.
Executive assistance: Provide high-level support to senior leaders, including inbox triage, drafting correspondence, managing follow-ups and organising travel, itineraries and expense reconciliations.
Stakeholder engagement: Manage our Client Management System and serve as a primary point for stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Operational and workforce support: Contribute to refining operational processes and templates. Support internal initiatives, such as onboarding, compliance tracking and quality assurance. Assist with pre- and post-client engagement activities.

Experience in HR, project coordination, or executive support, with a keen interest in growing skills in the human resources field.

Preferred Experience
Experience in consulting or professional services environment desirable
Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Is an Australian Citizen
