Working hours from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday

Perfect for a person juggling work and school drop-off/pickup

Able to work from home or office after a qualifying/training period

No after-hours, Public Holidays, or weekend work required

We are seeking a talented, organised administration assistant to join our team.

We are a specialised drainage company based in Nunawading that services the Melbourne Metropolitan area. Due to expansion, we are seeking a good 'all rounder' who can apply themselves to various tasks as required and will enjoy working in a casual environment. The successful candidate will be a confident and motivated person, with a strong customer service focus and a passion for providing consistent support to your field crews and our clients.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Experience in a varied administration or customer service role is desirable; intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferable.

Your duties will include:

entering service bookings into our job management software

some data entry

handling customer service enquiries, facilitating follow-up and resolution with the client

general administration duties, including answering emails, filing and shredding

some accounts receivable functions will be required of the role and may include invoicing, receipting customer payments, and following up on outstanding accounts
