📋 Your Role
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting finance, marketing, logistics, and general office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and general bookkeeping duties
Managing and responding to emails
Overseeing day-to-day financial tasks
Using Xero to maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with 3PL companies for logistics
🎯 Talent Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:
1–2 years of experience in admin or bookkeeping
Familiarity with Xero (preferred)
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Great time management and teamwork abilities
