An exciting part time opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join a successful, award-winning plumbing company.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations manager & Director, assisting with general office duties and also providing support to other management team members when required.

We are looking for someone with a confident, bubbly, easy-going and positive personality to fit in with our tight-knit and friendly team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of 6 to 12 months experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering/making phone calls

Responding to email enquiries

Maintaining customer details in the database

Handling inbound customer inquiries

Booking & scheduling jobs

Printing documents

General ad hoc duties

Management of client portal/database

You will have:

A willingness to learn

Excellent computer knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A calm demeanor under pressure and enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking

Great organisational skills

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a busy office environment, alongside a supportive and friendly team.
