About the role

RM Civil Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Undergraduate Civil Engineer / Administration Assistant to join our team in Rozelle, NSW. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the civil construction industry while providing administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the procurement and major project tendering. Packages in excess of $2m.

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required

Participate in site visits and inspections

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

Support the civil engineering team in the delivery of projects

Supporting WHS, training records, and plant/fleet management

What we're looking for

A highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a fast growing civil construction team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other relevant software

Keen interest in the civil engineering industry and a willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Current Driver’s Licence and White Card

Full Australian working rights

Someone who can work between 2-3 days per week initially, with a view to a permeant full time position.
