We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team and be a part of a new retirement community kicking off in October.
You will play a crucial role as part of our sales team and involved in the sales process from launch, new enquiries, nurturing depositors during construction and welcoming them into their new home.
This role requires flexibility and occasional out-of-hours work for events or business needs. This is a hands on role, it will be super exciting and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Sales Office and Display Suite are staffed, well-presented, and stocked with current sales materials.
Attend to new enquiries from prospective residents via phone, web, or walk-ins, and arrange appointments.
Maintain the prospect database (CRM – Salesforce), building positive and trusted relationships and obtaining and updating key data on prospective residents.
Provide exceptional service to all enquirers and prospective residents.
Actively promote the village within the local community.
Assist with marketing and campaigning efforts in conjunction with the marketing team.
Maintain the highest possible standard for display units/apartments for sale.
Work closely with the Sales Support team to handle all documentation and transactions professionally.
Ensure Vision and our clients are professionally represented and legally protected in all documentation.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve sales objectives for the village.
Commissions paid on sales
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive thinking and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Flexibility to work between various sites and occasional out-of-hours work.
Assistant Agent qualification or willingness to work towards obtaining this urgently.
Desirable:
Formal training and/or experience in administration tasks.
Retirement village sales experience.
Assistant Agent Qualification or full RE license.
Previous use of CRM (Salesforce preferred).
