We are a busy (and we mean busy!) clinic (not quiet or slow). We’re fast-paced, we love our jobs, and we care deeply about our patients. We rely on professional and warm care, quick communication, clear updates, and genuine teamwork to help coordinate care across our two clinics.

We’re looking for a Client Experience Officer (what we call our receptionists) who isn’t just here for a job, but who wants to grow, step up, and eventually take on more leadership within the team. If you’re someone who thrives on challenge, loves people, and is quick to adapt and learn, this could be the role for you.

What the Role Looks Like Now

Welcoming clients in person and on the phone – you’re often the first and last point of contact.

Managing appointments, emails, payments, and clinic flow.

Supporting the clinical team so everything runs smoothly.

Communicating clearly with your teammates and jumping in where needed.

Staying calm and friendly, even when it’s busy (which is most of the time!).

Training new staff

Taking on HR-style responsibilities

Supporting the leadership team with projects and clinic growth

You’ll receive weekly support and training, and we’ll mentor you so you know our processes and systems inside out.

About You
You’re probably someone who:

Has experience in customer service (healthcare is a bonus, not essential).

Is fast with systems and technology – you know your way around Cliniko (or similar), Canva, Slack, social media, even AI.

Enjoys talking with people and building relationships (you’re not shy).

Loves being busy, adapting quickly, and taking on challenges.

Values feedback, is proactive in team meetings, and contributes to solutions.

Has a strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.

Wants to learn, enjoys challenges, values self growth, and in time could see themselves stepping into more leadership.

Alternate Saturday mornings (after ~3 months of training)
