The Role

The Physio Clinic (TPC) team in Prospect and Marryatville is growing and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, coffee loving superstar to join our administration team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our patients and the TPC team performing various administrative duties.

You’ll bring a collaborative and team-first approach with a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

The role will involve working between our Prospect and Marryatville clinics and may include Saturday shifts (8AM-12PM). We’re happy to be flexible (Full-Time and Part-Time options also available) for successful candidates to ensure the position also works for you.

Your key responsibilities include:

Be the face of the clinic: Treat all clients with an understanding, friendly and “can-do” attitude to ensure everyone who walks into our clinics feels welcome and supported.

Administrative Tasks: Taking phone calls, responding to emails, receiving deliveries and packages, data entry and scanning, maintaining client records and helping to maintain clean and safe clinics.

Client Accounts and Diary Management: Process payments and billings (EFTPOS, HICAPS, NDIS/Third Party Billings), organise patient bookings and assist with diary management (Nookal Practice Management Software).

Team Collaboration: Work closely with podiatrists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.

About You

You are someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (on the phone and face-to-face)

Enjoys working in a supportive, fun environment, want to get to know your team and have a laugh. This role involves job sharing, so this is very important!

Has a can-do attitude, showing initiative and being able to work effectively and professionally under pressure

Values building rapport with patients and providing a high-quality service

Is able to multitask and prioritise appropriately without comprising your strong attention to detail
