Dulwich Family Practice is a practitioner-owned, accredited, private billing healthcare centre located in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, close to the CBD fringe in the heart of Dulwich Village.

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organised Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team on a casual basis for 20+ hours per week, with the potential for additional shifts.

Our multidisciplinary clinic delivers patient-focused healthcare in a professional, compassionate, collaborative, and respectful environment.

General Practice

The Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients—both face-to-face and over the phone—you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. Duties include reception and front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, billing, and providing support to both clinical and non-clinical staff and patients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a medical receptionist (essential)

Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills, including active listening

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Familiarity with either Best Practice, HotDoc, or Nookal software (highly regarded)

A positive, professional, and compassionate attitude
