THE ROLE
St Clair Recreation Centre located in between a vibrant community of Woodville South is looking for a Customer Care & Café Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the local community. The position offered is a Casual role, with approximately 20-30 hours per week, weekday day hours required (negotiable).
The Customer Care & Café Team Leader will ensure all members and guests receive the highest possible level of service. This position is responsible to provide administration support to Customer Care services, and requires a knowledge and understanding of menu development, food preparation, and nutritional values.
The Customer Care & Café Team Leader is responsible for cash handling, food preparation and service, cleaning, and the health and safety of customers. The Customer Care & Café Team Leader will possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a service-orientated role. The Customer Care & Café Team Leader will also assist with staff rostering, development of menus and pricing, wastage, stock management, and supply ordering.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or equivalent.
HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent.
HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices
HLTFSE005 Apply and monitor food safety requirements (or willing to obtain)
HLTFSE007 Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace (or willing to obtain)
