Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale commercial development
• Manage program, budgets, procurement, and client reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure quality, compliance, and WHS standards are met
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Project Management experience on builds $50M+
• Strong commercial, contractual, and program management skills
• Ability to lead large project teams and drive successful outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights
