Our Heavy Industrial and Mining Electrical Contracting Company require the services of a Project Manager - Electrical to support the Operations Manager by Project Managing Electrical and Instrumentation and High Voltage Project requirements within our company.

This is a hands-on role within the Project activities of the Company.

Some fly in / fly out work may be required from time to time, most of the work will be carried out within regional areas and Perth Metro.

Base of Operations is in the Perth metropolitan area.

The successful candidate shall possess the following abilities:-

· Client Liaison.

· Electrical Design and Estimating of Projects - Bid Process.

· Experience in EEHA Installation and Inspection.

· Manning Projects with Supervision, Trades Personnel and Subcontractors.

· Purchasing for Projects- Materials & Subcontractors

· Managing Project Control – Manhours, Budgets, Variations, Progress Claims and EOT.

· Construction Programs - Microsoft Project.

· Inspection and Test Plan Development and Closeout.

· Project Closeout.

Must possess the following abilities and requirements:-

· A minimum 5 years’ Project Management within Australia.

· Sound experience of managing Regulatory compliance procedures.

· High attention to detail.

· Excellent personal attributes with the ability to liaise with clients and management.

· Sound and proven Project Management skills within the Construction industry.

· Ability to add to the Company Client Base.

· Excellent computer skills and handwritten skills.

· Sound knowledge of Construction Contract application.

· Self-managing and planning abilities, with capability of meeting and adhering to strict deadlines.

· Ability to work under tight schedules and time constraints.

· A minimum 5 years’ Project Management within Australia.

· Sound working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2018.

· Sound working knowledge of Australian Standards and Scopes and Specifications.

· Sound working knowledge in the creation and completion of ITP’s and ITR’s.

· Excellent schematic, control, single line drawing experience with some electrical design capability.

· Able to pass Daily Drug & Alcohol Testing.

· Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical examination.

Remuneration shall commensurate the level of ability to furnish our company with the requirements above.
