We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join this well-respected high-end furnishing company as a Warehouse & Delivery Team Leader. Become a part of this professional team based at their Zilmere warehouse.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Deliveries and Client Interactions:

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to client premises, providing excellent customer service. On occasions, carry out deliveries unassisted and manage client expectations.

Inventory Management and Stock Control

Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing stock counts, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring inventory levels are consistently correct.

Carry out regular stock checks and support organizational planning for incoming stock.

Team Leadership and Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring high engagement and performance.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to meet warehouse goals and address performance concerns.

Warehouse Operations and Safety:

Ensure the warehouse, vehicles, and surrounding areas are maintained in a clean and organised manner. Supervise the packing, unloading, and checking of goods to ensure safe dispatch and proper storage.

Systems and Reporting Compliance: Ensure all stock movements (domestic and international) are accurately recorded in the company system.

Oversee the processing of sales and transfer orders and monitor the accuracy of inbound shipments.

Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Well presented, strong, fit and energetic and able to lift heavy objects

Hold a valid C Class licence or advantageous MR/HR licence

Minimum 3 Years Warehouse Management experience.

Forklift & LO License

A customer focussed attitude and good communication skills.

Experience handling furniture or high-end furnishings an advantage

Possess an exceptional work ethic & be self-motivated

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good PC Skills
