About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our PM shift operations on a 4-month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for leading a team of over 20 warehouse team members, ensuring that daily targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You will play a key role in driving performance, building team culture, and supporting operational excellence across picking, packing, and material handling functions.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of pickers and forklift operators.

Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure daily targets are met.

Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS policies.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide hands-on support when needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes.

What You'll Need

Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.

Experience managing a team of 20+ in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of warehouse operations including picking, dispatch, and material handling.

Forklift licence (LF/LO) highly regarded.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Flexibility to work the PM shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm and occasional overtime.
