Why This Role is Perfect for You:

As our Night Shift Production Team Leader, you’ll leverage your leadership skills to drive production excellence, team engagement, and efficiency. In addition to leading a skilled team, you’ll also be hands‑on and responsible for running the production line when coverage is needed — ensuring output, quality, and safety are maintained at the highest level.

Work Hours - Monday to Friday - 10.00 pm to 6:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety Leadership – Lead by example, ensuring WHS compliance and safe work practices are embedded in the team culture.

Operational Leadership – Guide and motivate the production team to deliver against production schedules.

Hands‑On Line Operation – Operate and oversee production lines when required for coverage, ensuring quality, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Performance Management – Provide clear direction, training, and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

Production Quality & Food Safety – Maintain high quality and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with GMP.

Collaboration – Work closely with maintenance, warehouse, and production leadership to resolve issues quickly and keep production running smoothly.

Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to processes, productivity, and safety.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven production & team leading experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure in a fast paced environment

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment confidently

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Good communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team

Forklift license – desirable but not essential
