About the Role

You’ll play a key part in managing a rental portfolio of around 145 properties, working alongside our Department Manager and team to deliver outcomes that truly matter.

We care deeply about our clients, our team, and the results we deliver. Our model has been fine-tuned over years of experience, and our long-term clients rely on it because traditional approaches simply did not work.

If your attitude is “we’ve always done it this way,” this isn’t the role for you. We reward curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

Support the management of a rental portfolio as part of a collaborative team

Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and tenants

Carry out inspections and handle tenancy matters following established processes

Identify ways to improve processes and help implement solutions

Deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.

What We're Looking For

Queensland Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate Agent (mandatory)

Current Driver's Licence (mandatory)
