About You:

We’re looking for a motivated and professional Property Manager who is eager to grow their career in a thriving business. You will ideally have:

• Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for real estate and customer service
• Team-first mindset, proactive, and professional approach
• Own reliable vehicle (parking provided)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage your own portfolio of properties
• Advertise, lease, and onboard new properties
• Conduct open homes, private viewings, and application processing
• Prepare leases, entry/exit condition reports, and routine inspections
• Build lasting relationships with tenants and landlords
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
