We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties in Taneh Merah. This is a stable, office-based role with no new business development or trust accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property entry and exit inspections
• Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding routine matters
• Coordinate with the leasing team and VA's for administrative support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Handle day-to-day property management tasks from the office

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
