The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within the real estate industry. You'll be working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, gaining valuable on-the-job training and exposure to all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting Entry & Exit Condition Reports

Routine Inspections

Conducting open homes

Out-of-office property activities

Supporting Senior Property Manager

Communicating with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders

Opportunity to transition into a higher role

Access to a company car for work purposes

About You

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate

Client-focused with excellent communication skills

Confident in building rapport with people from all walks of life

Positive, energetic and driven personality

Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)

Current Australian driver's licence with clean driving record

Must have a Real Estate Registration Certificate
