About the role

Verv Residential Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Braddon, ACT. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the end-to-end management of a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, maintenance, and tenant relations

Conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring properties are well-maintained

Managing the leasing process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and securing suitable tenants

Effectively communicating with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns

Ensuring timely rent collection, bond management, and lease renewals

Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations in the residential property management industry

Collaborating with the wider team to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in the ACT region

Strong knowledge of the residential leasing and property management industry, including relevant laws and regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with landlords and tenants

Proficient in using property management software and technology

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
