The successful candidate:

A minimum of 12 months of Property Management experience is preferred

A current Certificate of Registration ACT is preferred.

Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Manager, and REI Form is desirable.

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
