The Role:

• Running your own residential portfolio of 140 properties end-to-end (without being overloaded)
• Advertising, hosting open homes, and processing applications
• Preparing leases, renewals, and tenancy documentation
• Conducting inspections (routine, entry, and vacates)
• Monitoring arrears, completing rent reviews, and managing bonds
• Maintaining compliance and accurate portfolio records
• Use of latest systems to streamline your workflow, eliminating repetitive admin.

The Person:

• Previous Property Management Experience: Proven experience in managing residential or commercial properties, demonstrating the ability to handle a portfolio efficiently and deliver exceptional client service.
• Valid Certification & Licences: Current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
• Highly Organised: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines consistently.
