We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the full operational performance of a large-scale Build-to-Rent asset. This role is suited to someone commercially minded, operationally strong, and confident managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all property services run efficiently
• Driving leasing performance, minimising vacancy, and overseeing rent reviews and renewals
• Ensuring the resident experience is consistent and aligns with brand standards
• Leading and mentoring on-site staff across leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Overseeing compliance, legislative obligations, and safety protocols
• Managing operational budgets, reporting on financial performance, and identifying opportunities to add value
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the asset, including common areas and apartment turnarounds
• Managing service contracts, contractor relationships, and planned maintenance programs
• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs and deliver agreed outcomes

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in property operations, asset management, or senior residential property management
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Comfortable managing reporting, compliance, and strategic planning
• A confident people leader with a high standard for service delivery
• A current Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain
