Join a real estate team in Canberra as a Property Concierge, where you’ll be the first point of contact. This client-facing role supports our management team by triaging queries, coordinating maintenance callouts and managing property inspections. Real estate experience is not essential but will be highly regarded —just bring your customer-facing transferable skills, professionalism and enthusiasm!

We’re excited to offer this opportunity as either a full-time position or a job share for two work besties looking to split the role. With tailored support and training, this role can a pathway to grow into a Property Manager position, making it ideal for ambitious candidates, including university students and parents returning to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants and vendors, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism.

- Triage and prioritise client queries, directing them to the appropriate members of the management team.

- Coordinate maintenance callouts, liaising with contractors, tenants, and property owners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

- Organise and manage property inspections, including scheduling, performing inspections and preparing documentation.

- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems to support seamless operations.

- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalised service.

- Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and uphold our commitment to excellence.

About You:
- Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service) with strong transferable skills in communication and problem-solving.

- Real estate or property management experience is not required but will be highly regarded.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a bonus (training provided).

- A team player with a client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

- For job share applicants: Ability to work collaboratively with your work bestie to ensure seamless role coverage (e.g., 2.5 days each per week).

- Eagerness to learn and grow, with an opportunity in progressing to a Property Manager role.
