It’s because of our growth plans that we are now seeking a motivated Leasing & Property Management Administrator to join our team and support the success of our Property Management department.

The position

In this role, you’ll provide essential support across all areas of Property Management administration, whilst also driving leasing activities within the portfoilo. You’ll be the go-to support for our Property Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service for our clients.

The role

Assisting with leasing tasks including conducting open homes, processing tenant applications, and completing reference checks.

Providing administrative support across the Property Management team.

Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care.

Supporting property managers with day-to-day portfolio requirements.

This position requires Saturday work each week, with a rostered day off (RDO) during the week.

You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Confident and professional in communication, both written and verbal.

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.

Flexible and willing to support across multiple aspects of the department.

Certificate of Registration is required for this position.

Previous experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Administration is highly regarded but not essential.
