Job Purpose/Primary Objective

The Leasing Property Manager is responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lease Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and lease renewals

Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly

Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including advertising, social media campaigns, and open house events

Property Showings: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties

Financial Management: Monitor rental income, manage rent collections, and ensure timely payments. Prepare financial reports and analyze occupancy rates

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate and organized leasing records

Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless tenant experience

Essentials

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandatory).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property leasing or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Certifications: At least a class 2 Real Estate License or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven success in a Leasing Property Manager role.

A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.

Confident communicator with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
