ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Property and Leasing Coordinator to manage and grow Unisson's property and fleet portfolios. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, and appropriate living and working environments for the people Unisson provides services to as well as Unisson's employees.

The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Provide property maintenance support for all Unisson's properties and ensure are maintained to a safe and appropriate standard
  • Undertake routine property inspections to anticipate future maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to find appropriate rental properties as required.
  • Ensure vehicles are registered and maintained at the required safety standards by coordinating scheduled and unscheduled vehicle services, maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with monitoring property maintenance requests and providing maintenance support in a timely manner, ensuring properties are maintained to a safe and appropriate standard.
  • Ensure invoices are approved and payments are made to suppliers in a timely manner and in keeping with Unisson's policies and procedures.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent knowledge of property markets in Sydney/Central Coast/Hunter regions
  • Strong property management background
  • Skilled communicator, both orally and written
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Professional presentation and attitude.
