HR Business Partner – Purpose-Led NFP | North-West Victoria

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and advising on a broad range of employee relations matters;
• Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and ensuring compliance with awards and instruments;
• Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people matters;
• Supporting organisational change processes and workforce initiatives; and
• Contributing across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities.

About you:

• You bring solid experience as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• You’ve supported enterprise bargaining processes, and you're confident navigating industrial instruments and agreements;
• A strong problem-solving mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach;
• Ability to work effectively with organisational change processes; and
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team.
