HR Business Partner – Purpose-Led NFP | North-West Victoria
Are you looking for a role where your HR expertise directly supports a purpose-driven organisation and makes a positive impact in the community? This is a unique opportunity to join a values-based not-for-profit as their HR Business Partner, working in a trusted, generalist capacity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and advising on a broad range of employee relations matters;
- Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and ensuring compliance with awards and instruments;
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people matters;
- Supporting organisational change processes and workforce initiatives; and
- Contributing across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities.
About you:
- You bring solid experience as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- You’ve supported enterprise bargaining processes, and you're confident navigating industrial instruments and agreements;
- A strong problem-solving mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach;
- Ability to work effectively with organisational change processes; and
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team.
