We’re growing nationally and looking for a genuine, high-performing BDM to help us drive new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Your Role
Identify and approach new B2B clients through smart prospecting and cold outreach
Manage and grow existing client relationships (councils, schools, FM, strata, commercial, construction)
Follow up warm leads and quotes (handled by our Sales Admin and Scoper)
Present proposals in person — no quoting, just solution selling
Update Pipedrive and report weekly on pipeline activity
Collaborate with a highly supportive internal team that keeps you moving fast
What Makes This Role Different
You won’t be bogged down quoting jobs or chasing paperwork.
We’ve split the sales process into three clear roles:
Scoper – Prepares all technical scopes of work
Sales Admin – Issues quotes, logs follow-ups, manages systems
You (BDM) – Focuses on client meetings, follow-ups, relationship building, and closing

About You
You’re a relationship-first B2B sales professional
You listen well, speak clearly, and know how to build trust fast
You’ve got 2+ years of sales experience in construction, FM, or technical trades
You’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a high-performance team
You’re not chasing short-term wins — you want to be part of a company that values long-term relationships
