AUTHENTIC SICHUAN FOOD PTY LTD, operating as David Management Group, is the powerhouse behind some of Australia's most dynamic and fast-growing Chinese food brands—including David’s Hotpot, David’s Master Pot, RONG. Sichuan, and EASTEA. From our humble beginnings in hotpot, we have expanded into a diversified food empire covering over 14 Malatang outlets across Australia, two Sichuan restaurants, and new concepts：deep-fried skewers and milk tea. In 2025, we launched three new outlets under these brands to further expand our multi-format business model.

We support both direct-operated and franchised businesses through a centralized ecosystem including food production, supply chain logistics, training, and system support. Our model is highly adaptable to the Australian market and continues to scale rapidly.

To fuel our next stage of digital transformation and integration, we are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join our Richmond, VIC head office team and lead key technology initiatives.

About the Role

As our ICT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying gaps, aligning digital systems with business needs, and unlocking the value of data across our operations. You’ll partner with teams across procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, and restaurant operations to deliver integrated, scalable, and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document business processes and pain points, especially across inventory, ordering, staffing, and logistics workflows.

Audit and evaluate existing digital systems (ERP, WMS, POS, HR, Finance), and identify opportunities for integration, automation, and improvement.

Develop functional specs, data flow maps, and business cases for enhancements—e.g., auto-replenishment based on sales trends, or dynamic pricing tools by store location.

Oversee vendor management, software implementation, and API integration between systems like ERP ↔ POS and ERP ↔ delivery/logistics platforms.

Lead testing, rollout, and training phases to ensure smooth adoption across all departments and store teams.

Translate data into actionable insights—e.g., customer segmentation, menu engineering by site, member activity analysis—and generate reports for decision-makers.

Create user manuals, SOPs, and offer first-line technical support to internal users.

Work closely with franchise teams to develop white-label digital toolkits for partner stores.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields.

At least 5 years of business analyst experience, preferably within food, retail, franchise, or supply chain contexts.

Experience with multi-site systems like POS/ERP and an understanding of inventory and procurement workflows.

Ability to connect sales and operations data to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty programs, or member marketing tools is a strong plus.

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
