We’re searching for a highly organised and proactive Office Admin / Customer Service superstar to join the team. We are a leading distributor in the medical aesthetic space. This full-time, in-office role (no WFH) is based at our Belrose headquarters and is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives on responsibility and brings both structure and sparkle to the workplace.

About You:
You're a confident self-starter who knows how to keep things running smoothly.

You’ve got an eye for detail, a customer-first attitude, and you're tech-savvy—especially when it comes to managing inventory and streamlining systems.

You’re just as comfortable liaising with suppliers and customers as you are diving into admin, logistics, or compliance.

What You'll Do:

Manage daily office operations, logistics & administration

Coordinate warehouse dispatch, stock control & order processing

Deliver 5-star customer service and keep systems humming (Fishbowl, Shopify, StarTrack etc.)

Oversee compliance with TGA, S4 products and SOPs

Support internal events, training programs and national conferences

Lead and mentor a small warehouse/admin team

Drive process improvement, reporting and system integrations

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office admin / customer support role

A confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Experience with inventory systems (Shopify and Fishbowl a bonus)

Familiarity with shipping/logistics (StarTrack, AusPost)

A passion for supporting a high-performing team

Prior experience in the medical/aesthetic industry – while not essential will be a Big bonus!
