Buggo Pest Control is a friendly, laid-back team of 14, delivering top-notch pest control services across Miranda and beyond. Based directly across from Westfield (you can’t miss our big Buggo sign!), our tight-knit crew is looking for an organized and approachable Admin Assistant to join our vibrant office.

The Role

We’re seeking a full-time Admin Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of our small office team, supporting our 10 technicians who handle 1-5 pest control jobs daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional approach

Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate technician schedules

Manage emails and general correspondence

Assist with team coordination and support for our technicians

Handle general administrative tasks to keep the office humming

Location: Miranda, NSW (opposite Westfield)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00Pm or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (38 hours/week - we have two positions to fill)
Start Date: Within 2-4 weeks

About You

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with scheduling or admin tasks is a plus, but not essential

Pest control admin experience would be awesome but definitely not essential

A positive, team-oriented attitude to fit our friendly, laid-back vibe
