Export Sales Assistant - Entry level role

PATAZA Pty Ltd is an Australian exporter of premium Food and Wine, proudly supplying international markets with some of Australia’s most iconic products. We are looking for a motivated Export Sales Assistant to join our growing team and help drive our global success.

About the Role
As Export Sales Assistant, you will provide essential support to our export sales team. Your role will include managing orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, preparing import documentation, and assisting with sales inquiries. You will be working in a fast-paced, international environment where attention to detail and strong communication are key.

Key Responsibilities

Support the export sales team with day-to-day operations.

Source new business from enquiries we get on various platforms.

Manage various E-Commerce platforms including updating products and enquiries.

Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, and customer accounts using CRM system.

Handle international customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with market research, sales reports, and promotional activities.

Provide administrative support to management when required.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in export, customer service, or sales support (preferred but not essential).

Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Maths ability - this is a prerequisite for the role
